Purpose and How To Win:
Current Contest Standings/Updates
Standings will be updated once a week, beginning the week of September 9th, so keep an eye out to see how you rank throughout the contest!
Additional questions and updates will be given out at our Company Meeting(s) until the end of the year!
Contest Timeline
- Dates: 9/1/25-12/31/25
Qualifying Transactions
- Full Transactions/Units CLOSED during the contest timeline
- Referrals out will not count as a transaction
- Co-listing will yield appropriate Unit count towards the contest for each relative team members
- Example: If you Co-List with an agent on another team, and you both are 50/50 on this transaction, BOTH agents will receive 1/2 a unit each totalling ONE (1) unit for the contest.
- Referrals out, will not count towards a unit, but if you receive a referral in from an agent and close that transaction, it will count based on parameters above.
Real Estate Goal (80 Units)
Company Real Estate Goal is 80 Units CLOSED by 12/31/25
RULES:
- Hitting this Goal Qualifies ALL Teams, then the top team with the highest closed Units will be crowned the winner.
- Of those on the winning team, those who closed at least one (1) full transaction, will qualify to go on the trip!
Overall Company Goal (175 Units)
Overall Company Goal of 175 total units CLOSED with counting BOTH Real Estate and Loans by 12/31/25.
RULES:
- This Goal Qualifies ALL Teams, and then EVERYONE who closed at least one (1) full transaction will qualify to go on the trip!

Teams have been auto drafted to make the teams as fair as possible based on transactions closed YTD – as new agents join E3, we will continue to place members on each team as evenly as possible to ensure fairness throughout the entirety of the competition!
