- Rental Term: Maximum 60 days rolling rental period. Lockbox must be returned by end of day on day 60 or the next following business day to ensure an additional rental charge is not billed.
- Responsibility for Care: Agents are responsible for maintaining the lockbox in good condition.
- Return Policy: All lockboxes must be returned to the office promptly after elected duration has ended. Lockboxes should be returned in the same working condition as when they were checked out.
- Consequences of Non-Return or Damage: In the event a lockbox is not returned, or is returned damaged or inoperable state, the agent will be responsible for the cost of the lockbox to be replaced (not to exceed $200 per lockbox). This includes the lockbox being stolen, broken, or otherwise returned in inoperable order or not at all.
