Please make a note of the type of video you are requesting. This request is subject to approval and may incur an additional fee. All requests made for video location to be outside of the office will be subject to a minimum $499 fee.

Due to submitting a custom request, your request will be reviewed and responded to within 24 business hours. Once your request is reviewed, those options will be presented.
