Supra Lockbox (Rental)

*note*: You WILL need eKey access (not provided) and be sure you are tying the correct lockbox to your given property, based on most commonly used for that given area.

• Responsibility for Care: Agents are responsible for maintaining the lockbox in good condition.

• Return Policy: All lockboxes must be returned to the office promptly and within seven (7) days after property has closed. Lockboxes should be returned in the same working condition as when they were checked out.

• Consequences of Non-Return or Damage: In the event a lockbox is not returned prior to the end of the seven (7) day period once the property has closed, or is returned damaged or inoperable state, the agent will be responsible for the cost of the lockbox to be replaced (not to exceed $200 per lockbox).
