You ready for ANOTHER contest??
Purpose and How To Win:
Parameters & Points
- Power Hour (points: 5) - Agent uses the office for focused work for at least 1 hour
- Client Signing (points: 10) - Holding a client signing in the office
- Client Testimonial Video (points: 10) - Book a session with you and your clients to get a testimonial
- Collaborative Work Session (points: 10) - Working with another agent or team in the office
- Office Tour for Non-E3 Agent (points: 15) - Showing a non-E3 agent around the office
- Event in the Office (points:20) - Such as an educational workshop or social event
Submission
Simply submit your points each week for the week prior for each category/metric you were able to hit.
Contest Submission Process
This contest will run through the end of September, after which we will tally the scores and see who is the winner!
Standings in the contest will be showcased at our team meetings and on this page. So be sure to submit your weekly numbers to ensure your efforts are counted for the week! This contest is 100% honor system and designed to encourage use of our new revamped office space and truly encourage and collaborate environment for everyone to work!
🏆 Contest Prize Information 🎟️
The individual with the most points at the end of the quarter will win:
- One (1) Out of Office Video Sessions
- There will be some restrictions on these videos, as we can't do Videos in Las Vegas or something like that, but a discussion will be had with the Winner to iron out the details! Ideas can be, event shoot, key day shoot, local business filming, etc
Current Contest Standings/Updates
Standings will be updated once a week, beginning the week of July 7th, so keep an eye out to see how you rank throughout the contest!
Additional questions and updates will be given out at our Company Meeting(s) in July, August, and September
