Steps to help Team Leaders navigate Adding or Removing someone from their Team. Reminder that all team related emails and inquires are to be sent to the email teams email at teams@e3realty.com.


Addition of Team Member

  1. Creation of Team Agreements: The Team Leader is responsible for preparing a Team Agreement for each new team member. This Team Agreement should include clearly detailed terms, including roles, responsibilities, and compensation.
  2. Execution of Team Agreements: The Team Leader must obtain a signed Team Agreement from each team member, ensuring that the terms are fully understood and agreed upon by both parties.
  3. Inclusion of Team Member Addendum: Each Team Agreement must include the “Team Member Addendum,” which should be reviewed and signed alongside the Team Agreement.
  4. Submission of Team Agreements: The Team Leader must submit copies of all signed Team Agreements, including the “Team Member Addendum,” to teams@e3realty.com within 24 business hours of the team member’s addition.
  5. Brokerage Review Disclaimer: Any review of a Team Agreement by E3 is solely for E3’s internal purposes. The Team Leader and team members must not rely on E3 to assess the enforceability, legal compliance, or suitability of any Team Agreement. It is the Team Leader’s responsibility to ensure the agreement meets all relevant legal and professional standards.

Termination of Team Member

The Team Leader acknowledges that a formal Team Member Termination Agreement (“Termination Agreement”) will be required in the event that a team member is to be removed from the team. The Team Leader agrees to adhere to the terms and procedures specified in the Termination Agreement, including, but not limited to, timely notification and documentation requirements. The Team Leader must notify teams@e3realty.com when a Termination Agreement is to be completed. At this time, the form will be sent for signatures by the E3 operations team.


Team Roster Changes

Required upon any changes to the Team structure, be that Team Member Cancelation or be that a New Team Member Joining the Team, an update to the Roster must also be submitted. To facilitate any changes to your roster or roles within your roster, an email should be promptly sent to teams@e3realty.com within 24 hours of the change.
